Using the toothbrush
Squeeze toothpaste onto the brush.
Place the toothbrush in your mouth.
To select the appropriate mode, gently press the power button. A timer will start counting down for 2 minutes - every 30 seconds there will be a 0.5 second break between the backlight and the backlight turning off to remind you to change the area of the mouth. Press and hold for 3 seconds to turn off.
Brush your teeth as recommended: each area of the mouth should be brushed for 30 seconds.
Rinse your mouth with water. After brushing your teeth, rinse the toothbrush under water.

Mode two - Gentle brushing: the backlight will not change and will be on for 2 minutes. This mode is recommended for children aged 2-5.
Mode three – Standard brushing: the light will change from the second mode and will last for 2 minutes. This mode is recommended for children aged 5-8.
