Elegant and robust stainless steel knife guides, two electric stages (1 and 2) with 100% diamond discs for quick and easy blade shaping and sharpening. In stage 3, discs coated with extremely fine diamond particles are used to polish the blade, making it razor sharp, stronger and more durable. Stage 3 is also suitable for sharpening serrated blades.
