In stage 3, the unique flexible sharpening disc makes the third bevel and point extra sharp by simultaneously polishing the first two bevels, creating sharp grooves that enhance the cutting action on both sides of the blade. Built-in ultra-precise blade compression elastomers make sharpening easy and ensure the blade's extreme sharpness with every use. The sharpener is solidly made. The device is compact (about 25cm long x 10cm x 10cm). Non-slip feet made of elastomeric material firmly hold the device on the work surface.
