The new and efficient knife sharpener Hybrid® 220 effectively combines the advanced technology of electric and manual sharpening CrissCross®, resulting in a particularly sharp, non-chirping blade. Two stages for a razor sharp, stronger and more durable arched blade. Both stages use Chef'sChoice's unique 100% diamond dust coated discs. Stage 1 - sharpening using electricity, stage 2 - manual honing and sharpening, without electricity!
