Gently peel the transparent film off the tattoo. 3. Place the tattoo against the skin and wet the back of the paper. 4. Press down firmly on the tattoo for 30 seconds then gently remove the backing paper. Use soapy water or a mild make-up remover to remove the tattoo. Do not apply to sensitive skin or on injuries.
