The protective paper protects the fryer and reduces the need for cleaning after use. Also works in the oven, pan or microwave. Suitable for 3-6 liter air fryers. Place the protective paper carefully on the bottom of the appliance. Place the food to be cooked evenly on the protective paper. Make sure that the air flow does not lift the paper so that it touches the hot elements. Never use the protective paper at a hotter temperature than what is stated on the protective paper packaging. The raised edge (diameter 25 cm at the top, 20 cm at the bottom) protects the sides of the fryer. The raised handle makes it easier to lift.
