Functional roofing

Door canopies are not only a decorative addition to the house, but also a useful element of its equipment. They will work well in both residential buildings and commercial premises. Roofs are most often installed above the entrance door but are equally often used on balconies and terraces. They are to protect guests and household members from rain and sun, but that's not all. In some situations, a roof over the entrance can affect our safety. When snow or icicles fall from the roof, canopies over external doors can protect from impact or reduce its force.

A canopy will work not only at home, the canopy will be a functional element that will protect customers of shops, offices and other service premises. Its simple form and aluminum finish make the canopy ideally match any type of facade and the character of the premises.

Thanks to the modular construction of the canopies, they can be connected together, which allows you to obtain a canopy of any length.

Functional construction

• The side elements of the canopy, which hold the entire structure, are made of durable plastic, thanks to which the structure is resistant to strong gusts of wind. The canopy is mounted to the facade with 4 screws, which you will find in the set.

• The roof is made of colorless cellular polycarbonate with a thickness of 0.5 cm, which protects against sun and precipitation. Its inclination and contoured shape make it so that during rainfall, water and snow flow freely, thanks to which the roof will not be overloaded and will not be damaged.

Installation

The roof should be attached using the included metal, durable anchors, 4-point mounting will ensure proper, solid connection to the building wall. The installation can be done by yourself, the whole thing will take no more than 1.5 hours.

The set includes special metal anchors in two lengths:

• 25 cm

Different lengths will allow you to install the roof depending on the place, longer ones will be suitable for installation when the wall has been insulated with polystyrene. The shorter ones are dedicated for walls without insulation.
