Innovative postpartum heating and cooling compress can be used cold or warm for soothing comfort and pain relief. 

Features:

• Cooling pain relief in the perineum and reducing discomfort from hemorrhoids and Caesarean section.
• Warm and soothing relief from the discomfort of postpartum uterine cramps.
• Safe to use after childbirth and while breastfeeding, it conforms effectively to the body and remains flexible after freezing.

Maintenance:

• After each use, wash the pad thoroughly with mild soap and water. Rinse thoroughly until all soap or other residue is removed.
• Allow to dry completely before use. Disposable pouches are for single use only.

Usage:

• When using cold - chill the pad in the freezer for at least 4 hours before use. Once removed, place the pad in a disposable pouch and apply to the perineum for 20 minutes. Allow at least one hour between uses or as directed by your healthcare professional.
• For warm use - place one pad in the microwave for the following times. 16 seconds at 1250 watts, 19 seconds at 1000 watts or 25 seconds at 700 watts. Gently massage the pad to distribute the heat evenly, the colour changing pearls will help. You can microwave the pad in additional 5 second increments until the desired temperature is reached. Always check the temperature of the pad before use. Place the pad in a disposable pouch and apply to the desired area for 20 minutes. Allow at least one hour between uses or as directed by your healthcare professional.
