How to use:
You can use (1) the bowl alone, (2) the bowl with the straw, or (3) the bowl with the spill-proof insert. Microwave-safe (WITHOUT the lid).

Cleaning:
Wash before first use and after each use. Wash in warm soapy water. Do not use strong or abrasive detergents or scrubbing pads. Dishwasher safe (top rack).
