This lightning-fast professional knife sharpener for home use instantly creates a Trizor-Plus™ blade for any cutting task! The sharpener is suitable for straight and serrated blades and is easy to use. Incredibly fast, easy to achieve results, extremely long-lasting sharpness. You can choose between a high sharpness, which will easily cut through delicate foods such as smoked salmon or Parma ham... or a low sharpness for more difficult tasks, such as slicing tough, fiber-rich foods and meats. 100% diamond-coated conical discs in stages 1 and 2 form the first and second bevels of a durable, arched blade.

In stage 3, the unique flexible sharpening disc makes the third bevel and point extra sharp by simultaneously polishing the first two bevels, creating sharp grooves that enhance the cutting action on both sides of the blade. Built-in ultra-precise blade compression elastomers make sharpening easy and ensure the blade's extreme sharpness with every use. The sharpener is solidly made. The device is compact (about 25cm long x 10cm x 10cm). Non-slip feet made of elastomeric material firmly hold the device on the work surface. The Chef'sChoice® Diamond Hone® EdgeSelect® Plus knife sharpener, model 120 does not require sharpening oils or liquids.
