Instructions for Use
Place one end of the pillow under your head, the center section beneath your belly, and the other end between your legs. This position helps relieve pressure on your back, hips and legs, allowing for a more restful night's sleep. The pillow can also be used for relaxing in a tummy-down position by bringing both ends together.
After your baby is born, the pillow provides excellent support for both breastfeeding and bottle feeding.
